We need the Law changed so as long as we start the process 30 days prior WE can still carry till the State gets the lead out on these renewals.

You can apply up to 6 months before your license expires. That is ample time.

Yep.

Mine expires in April of 2014, I started the process at the beginning of November, 2013.

I deal with the VA on a regular basis, I always try to give extra time for anything that is government related...... local, state or federal.

I received my CHL renewal in today's mail.

Total time from submitting online to the mailman delivering the new plastic....... 48 days. :txflag:

Seven days after I called, back ground and fingerprints under review.

That's 50 total days since my online renewal application.

They better hurry if the 60 day limit still holds true (like it ever did)
