Had it been in TX the bouncer, obviously providing security, would not have been able to carry without the proper level of certification as a security officer. It appears that is not the case where this happened.

Yeah, quite a bit different than Texas. Glad the good guy got the bad guy. Interesting he chased him outside and shot him. Some interesting items in this incident.

Oregon is pretty open for concealed carry and there are very few places off-limits if you have one. Bars are not listed. I believe they are a may issue state, so the sheriff in each county issues the permits, so they may be tougher to get and allow the sheriff to decide.
