They told us the same thing. I just checked the DPS website, and it looks like they finally removed the form.Texas CHL Instructor

But what happened to the CHL-87 (the form where you certify you are not a felon, A or B misdemeanor w/i 5 years, delinquent in child support, fugitive from justice...).
Applicants still have to fill it out online but if they want to use snail mail for their app, they can no longer d/l one from the DPS website. :(
