Parker, Smith, Fox, Powell, Richards, W&S doubles. They used to be under appreciated and under priced. Much more competitive now. While the U.S. makers wares were more utilitarian, the sheer numbers produced insures there are still a few pristine examples hiding in closets waiting to be found.

In Feb 2010 I met up with a friend to shoot a pistol I was going to buy from him. He let me shoot his Beretta M9, & I fell in love with the gun. I bought it from him in December. I bought my 13th Beretta last November.

Thirteen is unlucky. You need to buy one more.AdioSS wrote:In Feb 2010 I met up with a friend to shoot a pistol I was going to buy from him. He let me shoot his Beretta M9, & I fell in love with the gun. I bought it from him in December. I bought my 13th Beretta last November.

I'm actually trying to sell that one. Nothing wrong with it other than it doesn't fit my hand very well.

Dadgum 1911's. I really TRY to buy something else (and have), but if I'm not after something specific, I always seem to get stuck at the 1911 display...... They just fit my big hands, feel great, shoot great, and stroke my "old school" needs ;)

Guess for me it's 38/357 Rifles. Probably because they are so easy to reload for. Last count was 4 stainless and 1 blue pre safety 20" Rossi lever actions.2 Marlins 4 Uberti/Winchester '73's. A new Ruger 77/357 ( Gee, Never had a bolt action 357) and 2 Uberti/Winchester '66's. I Think that make 14!
Gun control means hitting the target!
