IF this is true, this is wrong and a serious abuse of power. I know the FBI raided the buildings last month. I can't find a free article yet, but I'm sure some will pop up.

ROUND ROCK — The man hired eight years ago to launch the Jarrell Police Department is scheduled to appear in federal court Friday, accused of using his post to collect money from people in the country illegally.
Federal charging documents say Andres Tomas Gutierrez took payments ranging from $10,000 to $40,000 from undocumented residents. In exchange, the documents say, Gutierrez falsified paperwork saying those individuals were helping the Jarrell Police Department with criminal investigations, thereby qualifying them to obtain temporary immigration status

Wow! This guy is something else. The article says he could face 20 years in prison if found guilty.
If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you carry a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?
