I cannot stop laughing at this picture. That's the look my dog gave me when she chewed the cords to the water fountain in our backyard.

I'm just warning you, that picture is going up on my cubicle wall with a "You did *what* to your computer?" label.

The Annoyed Man wrote:I had to pick up some prescriptions today at my local CVS, and I used the drive-through window. I had my dog with me, and he was disappointed. Here is a copy of the contact message I just sent CVS on their website:
To whom it may concern,

My dog Trapper is very well aware that, when I use a drive-through window at any business establishment, it is a dog's constitutional right while riding shotgun in a truck to get a biscuit from the person behind the drive through window. It works at both of my banks, and it used to work at my former pharmacy. He expects it to work at CVS. He waited politely, dutifully, and attentively for his biscuit today. When he didn't get one, he looked at me as if to say "What the heck?"

If you've ever had your dog look at you like "what the heck" while riding shotgun in your truck, you'd know what I am talking about. It would be exceedingly good policy to start keeping a jar of dog biscuits at all of your drive through window locations.

Sincerly,

The Annoyed Man

I checked "Yes" for "do you expect a reply to this message".

I'll share their response if I actually get one. Should be good for a chuckle......

One of our three dogs is an ancient (15+) wiener dog with an array of terminal conditions and other medical things. He's outlived the vet's estimate of his remaining time by 17 months now, so as a consequence the Wife has become very familiar with the local pharmacy. One time I had a day off and we were coming from the vet on one of his many checks. They have a ritual when they realize who it is by singing "TBone lives!" when she pulls up. She said we actually had him and they made us pull around, and out troops the entire pharmacy staff from the place to our our vehicle to come see the Mythical TBone (and give him lots of treats). Our little ambassador was very happy that day.

I hope your dog doesn't smoke!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was staring at my screen not sure how to reply.

I got a reply!
Hello TAM and Trapper,

Thank you for this great email and the opportunity to assist you. I apologize that Trapper did not get his cookie at your Grapevine CVS location. I have shared your comments directly with the leadership team responsible for the stores in your area so that they can take your suggestion under consideration.

Nothing would make me happier than to see this get implemented for Trapper and his friends. We do appreciate your feedback, and your email made my day!

Have a good day and thank you for being a valued CVS customer.
