The New Ruger Americans

Post by TheCytochromeC »

Forgive me if this is old news but, is anyone as excited about the new Americans as me?

The one I'm particularly looking forward to is the standard model that's now chambered in .223. They also have new all weather models, shorter barreled rifles and a scope package with Redfield.

We have the full size and the compact both in 7mm-08 and love them. Wife shoots the full size rifle and is deadly with it. No way to go wrong with these rifles.

The trigger is ridiculously easy to modify, which I really like. If I buy one, I will modify the trigger and polish the bolt; the "ZZZZZZ" noise and feel really bugs me.
