Two Barcodes?

I filled out my application online and got my barcode this last weekend. Now I'm waiting to get my fingerprinting done before I can send in the rest of my checklist in.

But I got curious and logged in last night to check the status, and next thing I know... I get a different barcode in the email. So now I have two different barcodes.

Do I use the original, the one I received when I sent in my application? or do I use this new barcode that came in last night?
