If you are a fan of Sriracha this is a pretty good article. The problem with moving the plant to Texas is that he only gets his peppers fresh from one source in CA. The company founder is a stickler for keeping his product quality high and his prices low. The People's Republic is really making things difficult for him. It's sad. They didn't complain when he brought jobs to the area.
