Son: Why are we here Dad?

Me: Strep is going around and Mom wanted you to get tested.

Son: But I feel fine Dad. This is the biggest waste of time and money ever.

Doc: You have Strep.

Son: But I feel fine.

Doc: You will have to stay home from school tomorrow.

Son: Best money spent ever Dad. Can we make another appointment for next week?

Lucky kid. The only time I had strep was during Air Force basic training at Lackland in July and August. There are no civil words that express how bad I felt at the time. :-)

I bet that was miserable. Lucky for me I was there for basic during Feb and Mar.
