OK got it. I was trying to avoid doing it in two trips.

Seems as though they have a link for out of state DLs now (I didn't see it yesterday):

https://txapps.texas.gov/txapp/txdps/ch ... OfState.do" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

However, it gives me an error when I try.

Worst comes to worst I'll have to do it in two trips.

Not trying to sound harsh or critical, but if you will calm down just a bit and listening to everything Crossfire Training tells you I bet you will find in a lot more simple than you are reading online. I pray everything will work for you in just the one trip.

Well, as it turns out I was able to use the online app, and was able to submit the application.

I just had to use a different web browser, because the one I was using was not compatible.

This should speed up the process. You should also be able to schedule an appointment for your fingerprints for the same day as your class with Crossfire and they will do them right there.

Just a FYI, Google Chrome tends to NOT work with the CHL online application.

Safari, Firefox or IE seems to work better.
