Destroy the GPS tracking device before moving the truck.
Or just buy a GPS jammer.

Whatever it takes to neutralize it. I'm not a GPS techie. Is there such a thing as a GPS jammer?

When I worked for a mobile phone maker we had trucks getting jacked a few times they put GPS trackers in the packaging and caught the guys.

One thing to keep in mind is that the Houston area is huge both in square miles and number of people. Big cities have crime, that's nothing new. I appreciate the stories that Philip posts because I don't see them all and they are a good reminder to stay alert. It's important to be aware of where you are and your surroundings.

Truck later found across the street from where her boyfriend lives.

He had been selling not released Air Jordan's that were in the truck for $325 a pair.
