Physically submitting documents?

Post by UndyingShadow »

I've submitted my documents online, I'm not sure they went through. It's been a month with no status change. I still have the original paper documents. I've heard of people actually physically submitting their documentation in person. Since I live in the hill country, this seems like a better option than them losing it in the mail. Has anyone done this? I can't find any info on how I would do this, where to go, etc.
5/13/14 - Submitted online app.
5/15/14 - Fingerprints
5/17/14 - Class
5/18/14 - Submitted CHL-100 & checklist
7/11/14 - Got Plastic

55 days not including national holidays.

They have a drop box at 108 Denson Rd. Austin, TX 78752. You can physically drop off your docs there.
