Floridia non-resident chl

Is it legal to get a Floridia non-resident chl and carry in Texas?I sure hope so I just got mine back 6-25-07.

Yes, and you must follow all laws as if you have a Texas CHL whilen in Texas.

You should, at some point, take the course and get your Texas CHL if you are a Texas resident. It is not the cheapest, but it is, after all, a Texas CHL.

I took the Texas CHL class to get my Fl permit.You still have to prove you are proficent with a firearm in Floridia to get a permit there.I figure that I was going to carry in Texas I should know the law's of this state.
