The initial news report was horrific. Mom teaching her daughter to drive murdered by road rager in Las Vegas. Then there was a report of her son with a gun. Then impassioned and angry pleas to the press by the distraught husband.

All that said, I generally view perp men being arrested without shirts on as guilty. Call me biased.

Why would a 19 year old be held in a juvenile facility?
