Loose Holster

I have been using a leather Don Hume IWB. It is molded for the particular firearm it fits. It has become a little loose. No retention problems or anything like that, but would like to tighten it a little. Anyone here have any leather working experience and suggestions. It is stitched and has no adjustments or the like. Steam, chemicals, etc?

It's been my experience that soaking in cold water shrinks things up....

Call Don Hume and ask them...I have found them nice to deal with.
