We were wondering when are the free classes in thrall Texas it was highly recommended on the chief giving the course

Free CHL classes? That would be unusual.

Sounds pretty cool.
That's why he's offering the free classes to all thrall residents who qualify. He's even holding a special class for thrall teachers.
