HB 910 is on the Notice of Intent today, possibly they will take it up.

Let's hope! I don't think Charles would have issued the CTA if he thought for sure it was.

Possible? Yes. Likely? No. (otherwise Lt Gov's office wouldn't be telling people it's not eligible to be heard today).

If it does get heard today this Call to Action will have been the catalyst.

Lt. Govs office told me it "should" be heard today. Maybe they got tired of all the calls????
