Well I got everything done and mailed. I forgot to send the check list I called they said they started the process on 6/6/15 have not heard anything else. Thought they would send a letter requesting the checklist. Just wait they say you can't fix stupid.

Well I fell better know I called the nice young lady informed me the checklist is not required. She said they like to get it but not required.

I never mailed a checklist and it was approved pretty quick (see signature).

However, I have always lived in TX and have heard from others if you have lived out of state in the past, it takes a little longer to confirm your record (maybe an extra week or 2)
