Many new users today!

Post by TVGuy »

I just thought I'd be helpful and point out some resources for them:

Forum rules: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10341

Texas CHL Statutes: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/InternetFo ... CHL-16.pdf

State CHL application: https://txapps.texas.gov/txapp/txdps/chl/

Also, if you're new and considering getting your CHL now (that is why you came here, right?) ask around if you need to find a class. Many great instructors from all over the state are members, or we can refer you to one nearby!

Welcome! :tiphat:

Wow.
Total numbers skyrocketing right now. I wonder if we'll break our record set on the last day of the legislature.

Maybe some good will come of it.

As a whole, this forum is very well moderated and respectful. I rarely read a post here that's blatantly inflammatory or derogatory.
Imagine if these new folks were signing up for the opencarry or OCT or OCTC forum? They'd surely have lots of fodder.

Hopefully these new people will come with an open mind, or at least disagree constructively.

I agree Roy. 160 visitors on right now. And welcome you all! :tiphat:

Last time I checked almost all visitors were in the Crime Blotter section, reading about the church shooting no doubt. I grieve for the families who lost loved one's in that Church.
