Not sure what you mean there, just people doing their job. Why would that be good?Pawpaw wrote:![]()

It couldn't happen to nicer people.
Could have done without the veiled insult, I completely understand what you meant.Pawpaw wrote:If I have to explain the irony to you then never mind... you wouldn't get it anyway.

They are people working for a company most appreciate on this board. My post was in regards to gun control in CA.
I find it pretty harsh to insult victims of a vicious attack that were defeneseless. I might not like Target,
but I'm not going to celebrate the fact that one of their employees being hurt robbed and battered.
I don't view them like that. Not only is the Lewinsky Media generally hostile to gun rights and liberty, this is part of the San Francisco variant of the Lewinsky Media and thus even more of an enemy to my interests. They are a victim of their own policies and sympathies, so I have zero sympathy for them.TVGuy wrote:Not sure what you mean there, just people doing their job. Why would that be good?
It's not just San Francisco... I could tell you the story about the undocumented/illegal that I took to the hospital four or five times after he got involved in MVA's, all in the same part of Fort Worth (he was a REALLY bad driver!) over a period of two or three years, but it happens all of the time, all over the state. It's a revolving door for someone who is really dedicated to being in a particular area.philip964 wrote:What I have found interesting is that this robbery has accomplished some good.
They were reporting on the senseless gun murder of a young daughter while her father and her were visiting a tourist attraction in SF. The man now caught is an illegal who has been deported five times and was released by the SF Police after he was arrested by ICE and turned over to SF Police as he had a local warrant.
Had the news robbery not occurred, we would not know how successful SF sanctuary city program was working.
The difference is that Target employees don't have a platform they're using to take my rights away. Store employees, generally, are not advocates. TV reporters, for the most part, advocate that people be rendered defenseless; and people who become reporters do so in order to influence public opinion. They're also advocates for illegal immigration (and were reporting on a story where an illegal immigrant felon had murdered a US citizen) and many are working to incite racial violence....so it seems like karma.TVGuy wrote:Could have done without the veiled insult, I completely understand what you meant.Pawpaw wrote:If I have to explain the irony to you then never mind... you wouldn't get it anyway.
