Thank you all for being excited w/ me. Dr. has definately said no RUNNING. I ask him about chasing a grandkid around the yard & he said that was plenty OK. No wind sprints, distance running on pavement, absolutely NO basketball on concrete or floor.

God has granted me a good knee now & cancer free for a good yr & half. I am getting stronger every week & thank all of you long term members & you new members for your prayers.

The is great news LT...wife had her right knee replaced in August - last year...like bionic knee now...she can't wait to have the other knee done...no hesitations!

Glad for her good news too. I only needed one. Other is in good shape.
