Just ordered Walther PK380 and did so because:
1. It is ambidextrous and I am left handed
2. Reviews I read said it has least recoil of all the .380 s
3. Still small enough for concealed carry
4. Slide very easy to operate and some of my hand strength seems to have disappeared a few years ago.
Main disadvantage is that you have to use a key-like tool for takedown.

You need to show that one to me when it comes in.

Finally made it to the range today with the PK380. I am super pleased. Shot two different 95 grain Winchesters and both worked just fine. Really liked the trigger pull on this much better than the FNX-9 I was used to shooting. Had a couple of fail to eject but hoping that will go away when the gun has a few more rounds through it

i already bought my "what to buy next" at last week's gun show . I bought a 5" Colt Government in a 38 super. If I ever make it out of the dog house, that will be sweet shooting gun (I had to run by the range and burn a box of ammo while i was going to the grocery store) My sweetest shooting gun NIB. More to come.

Do you need it to be a particular size, or just looking for a single stack 9mm?

If size isnt an issue, the new Springfield Range Officer in 9mm is probably worth a look. But then you can also check out some offerings from STI in a similar price range.

I like my CM9, but find that I like it a lot more with a Pierce pinky extension, which had me thinking that the CW9 might be a more realistic choice, if starting over, even if looking for a concealable choice.
But a Shield or PPS would be pretty high on the list to, and I really like the XDs 4" version, I just have a personal thing with the XD lineup...

I know you said single stack but you really need a 17 or 34 if you have the 19 and 26.
