Processing Application

I think I'm starting to geat a negative outlook with this whole DPS run-a-round! Maybe next week I will get a positive when I log on to check the status of my CHL.

I mailed my packet on 1/25, and DPS received via certified mail on 1/28. On Monday, the online status changed to Certificate Active, Licensed issued! Now, I'm just waiting for the mail...

I would strongly suggest calling. I called them on Friday and spoke to a representative. He said that everything seemed complete and in order, and wasn't sure what the holdup was at that point. He said he would do some checking on it. On Monday, the online status changed.

15 weeks and my status just changed to certificate active

On 22-April my license shows active. Still dont have the plastic in hand. I think DPS does this on purpose as to wear you down to the bare nub! They are getting very close to not getting a Christmas card this year!

Remember, you go from dealing with one governemtn agency (DPS) to another (USPS).
