This is a Colt Custom Shop Polished Stainless (not plated) .38 Super Govt. Model 02071ELC2. (2004)
It is NIB (Never Fired) and only handled lightly. It is pictured in a Custom Colt Presentation Box.
It also comes with the Custom Shop Blue Box and outer White Box (also pictured).
It has white plastic grips with silver Colt medallions.
It also comes with the Original Imitation Mother of Pearl grips with gold Colt medallions that were on it when bought NIB at Bachman Pawn. (pictured in box but not a good picture). The earlier models came with double diamond wood grips.
It has 3 factory stainless magazines with polished base plates.
I am asking 1100.00 FTF in DFW for this Pistol, Presentation Wooden Box, 3 mags, Blue Custom Shop Box and White outer box.
I will include 500 rounds of Winchester White Box 130gr .38 Super +P FMJ ammo.
I paid 1190.70 (tax in) for the gun alone with 2 Mags on July 3, 2004. I have the receipt. It has been in the safe ever since.
I wished I had the cash. This will not last long at all.
