Hello

Post by mpbrown96 »

I just found this fourm today. I thought I was alone. Here is my time line.

2/2/08 Completed the CHL class
2/8/8 Mailed completed packet to Austin
2/21/08 Packet was received by the CHL unit
3/13/08 received pin in the mail
5/5/08 sent an email confirming change of address
5/12/08 called the CHL unit and told that every thing is back and good but a tech must clear my file.

I am at 82 days and my frustration is growing. I now offically despise the words ' processing application'.

Well before I went to bed last night I checked the DPS website ( around 12:15) and it was still in processing. This morning around 7 I checked it and it now shows'Application Completed - license issued or certificate active." I hope that means I will have plastic in hand by the weekend. :anamatedbanana

Welcome aboard and congratulations! ...on the plastic in hand and the wally-walk completed. :clapping:
You are far ahead of a lot of us here, but it is exciting and encouraging to see others get their plastic. :txflag:

That's OK. They did not have a Wally Walk when we got ours. Feel like I missed something.
