Spoke with a 'Steve' at DPS

Post by pbwalker »

And he has informed me that new applications are taking anywhere from 120 to 150 days. Looks like I have at least another 1 to 2 months...

It's been at "Processing Application" since the end of May.

Mine spent April 18-July 17 at "Packet Mailed to Applicant ", then went to "Hey Stupid"* and still sits there.

I just spoke to a "Steve" today myself. I have some more waiting to do. Turns out after I submitted a second pair of prints in mid June, they were just sitting there without action until late July. They are "out" right now so they dont know if they are good enough yet or not.

I might as well apply for a Utah CHL. It would probably get here first.

Didn't sign the fingerprint cards. Checked everything else 421,320 times but did I check them? Noooooooo.

On the plus side, just today, mine went to "Processing application"!
