FFL transfer
Just checking, is it legal to purchase a firearm from a FFL dealer in Florida and have it transfered to an FFL dealer here in Texas?

Typically, you would contact a local FFL dealer and they will send their FFL info to the out of state dealer. The out of state dealer will then ship the firearm to you local dealer, who will collect the 4473 form and conduct the NICS background check.
