Purchased new from Davidsons. Pistol had intermittent failure to extract issues and I sent it to Ruger for evaluation/repair. I received it back from Ruger in less than 2 weeks with an invoice that said they repaired and test fired 20 rounds. I fired the gun another 30 rounds to test and it appears to function 100%. Total rounds though gun is approximately 80.
Reason for selling: I purchased a couple of P89s after I bought the KP95 and decided to use one of the P89s as my bedside gun.
