Good deal used Glocks @ GT Distributors in Austin

Was at GT's today and they had a lot of used/trade in Glocks at great prices. Old LEO G22s for $299.95. A nearly new G27 that still had the factory copper gunk on inside of slide for $389.95. A G23 for same price. Some others in the case. All came with st least two mags, G22s had three each.

But you better hurry. When I was in there some sheriff bought 3 of the 6 available G22s.

Do they sell firearms to LEO's only??

They will only sell glock and springfield to LEO's, but you can by any used gun in the place. Some ammo is restricted also but there is quite a bit of choice for civilians, and decent prices too!

I tried to get one of the M&P 40cal for $299 about 3-4 days after they had those. I was told they went fast and they only had a few of the 4043. Good deals!

They bought my .38 snub from me for a good enough price that I was able to get a new M&P for a bit more $. I decided to step up to a 45acp full size. First 45 I've ever had.
That shop is the best.

I wish I'd called to doublecheck on their ammo policies today. I was up in the area and nearly dropped by, but saw the "LEO Only" blurb on the ammo page of their website Oh well, next time.

Yep, you can buy 2 boxes of practice ammo and one box of defense ammo. You can pretty much buy any of their practice ammo and just about all the defensive ammo except Federal HST 147grn. As long as it is marked with a red sticker any civilian can buy it.

I was stationed at Bergstrom when it was an Air Force Base instead of airport (85 - 89). I was also a Commissioned Security Guard part-time and could shop in there. That place rocked then and I am glad to hear that it is still alive and well. Will have to swing by on the next trip to sister in laws house (and my nephews birthday is ... next weekend.)

They are open Saturdays in December. Usually just M-F.
