WTB Beretta 92FS

Post by chongfa »

I am looking to buy Beretta 92FS. I live in College Station and I wouldn't mind driving roughly 100 mi in any direction from College Station. But I am really really tired of driving to DFW or anyway further than 100 mi, unless you give me a killer deal.

I am willing to trade Taurus MODEL 627 .357 Mag model# 627SS6

details are listed here http://www.taurususa.com/products/produ ... y=Revolver

I am willing to trade this Taurus with some money for the gun, in case anybody is interested.

I saw a weekend ad on friday for Academy that was offering the Beretta 92fs for $399.00 (blemished). You can usually get them (unblemished) for about $480.00 (cash) at the larger gun shows.

Someone else checked out the Berettas at Academy and although marked as "blemished" they looked good as new.

Well I wish that I have your Academy. My Academy's price is $540 + taxes. However I was able to get 1000 rounds of CCI blazer 9 mm for $99.00 + taxes. I also would like to offer the chance for any of my fellow Texan shooters to let go of their unwanted Beretta.

I have a 92 and it's a great pistol. If you can hold out, wait for an older stainless one to come along. One without the black controls. They seem to be made better than the current ones. Here's a pic of mine, it's not for sale though. It doesn't have these grips on it anymore as I replaced them with some custom ones. The grips are for sale if you like them let me know.
