Short version: because Tennessee bans carry in any business that serves alcohol (including restaurants), Nikki Goeser secured her gun in her car before going inside to set up a karaoke system with her husband. A man who had been stalking her followed them in, and shot her husband to death as she watched, helplessly, unarmed.
