Range Report 3-19

Post by Bonc_CHL »

Left work a little early today to get a little range time in.
Finally got to take the new P-64 out for a little play time, put 25 rounds through her and was impressed with how it shot.
The DA trigger is really hard like I had read and I will take care of that in the future, but for a pistol made in 1977 you can't beat it!
Put 50 down the pipe of the XD40sc and was not as impressed with my shooting with that today! I have been slacking on going to the range regularly and it showed today. Not that I was missing the target but I was not grouping like I should be. I also notice that after about 30 rounds my trigger finger was beginning to hurt with every shot, Dang cold weather and work have made my fingers dry and split a little bit, so I am sure that did not help.
Got 10 rounds out of my .38 snub just to make sure all was good there, as that is my other CCW.
All in all nice relaxing afternoon and some great weather! :coolgleamA:
