Looks like I'm in the waiting room too. Certified mail says DPS received my packet Tuesday the 6th. Heres to the next 5 weeks.

And so it begins...again.
I got my license May 16 of '09 (right at 90 days after turning in my stuff in late February), but today I dropped off my wife's paperwork. I don't know if I'll ever get her to sign up for this forum, so I'll run her stats for her.
I was told they are trying to get all the fingerprints through as quickly as they can before the FBI shuts down to do the census workers prints, but no guarantees.
Class: Jan 2009 (Took her forever to finish all her paperwork)
Hand-delivered to DPS: 4/12/10

It's funny, they take their time to send a PIN and get things rolling, but they waste no time cashing that check.

Finally stopped adding to the collection , made it to the county clerk to get the final piece of paper I needed and mailed my stuff in yesterday afternoon. Looking forward to the Wally Walk.
