Mec-Gar magazines?

Does anyone have any experience with thier 1911 magazines?

MecGar makes a quality product. I have some of their magazines for several different guns they all work flawlessly. If you have a mag well on your 1911 the MecGar mags with the "finger rest" may not fit. Other than that my 1911 MecGars have been stone reliable!

I dont know about 1911s but the mecgar magazines i use for my SIG work flawlessly.

I have a few 1911 and Sig Mec-gar mags and they've all been 100% trouble free. Probably the best aftermarket mags available.

My Kel-Tec's love their Mec-Gar mags.

I use Wilson Combat mags in my 1911's. Smooth as silk and 100% reliable.

I have had great luck with the Mec-Gar 1911 mags. I 2nd the above comment about the basepads not working with most magwells, but other than that, they work great. I think their follower is one of the best designs out there.
