"When I was a kid, people who did wrong were punished, restricted, and forbidden. Now, when someone does wrong, all of the rest of us are punished, restricted, and forbidden. The one who did the wrong is counselled and "understood" and fed ice cream." - speedsix
Not sure I understand the point of this, but I'll bite ...
Weapon: Dillon mini gun with 100,000 rounds of ammo and multiple spare barrels (plus a team of technicians who can reload ammo and swap barrels like a NASCAR pit crew).
Song: Master of Puppets by Metallica (zombies are the puppets, and I'm the marionette )
Hat: a camo gimme cap that says "Git Er Done!" on the front
My weapon would be an AA-12 mounted on a 4-wheeler with a belt fed magazine. My song is "Trapped Under Ice" by Metallica, or the whole Ride the Lightning album. I'll have to go the Zombieland/Woody Harrelson route and go with a cowboy hat.
The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions, that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all. I like a little rebellion now and then. It is like a storm in the atmosphere. -Thomas Jefferson
Hat: The one Slim Pickens wore at the end of "Doctor Strangelove, or How I learned to Love the Bomb" (hint: it looks a lot like the one in my avatar...)
“Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times.”
Hat: A simple head scarf with ends tucked would be the most elegant and effective in that setting, I believe.
Song: Oh! I'd have to have an entire zombie apocolypse song list! Mes Aïeux' Dégénération, Frou Frou's Let Go, Mahalia Jackson's Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho, Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries, Ray Charles' Hit the Road Jack!, Dimitri Tiomkin's Rawhide!, Ike and Tina Turner's Proud Mary, Alexi Murdoch's Part of Something Beautiful... OK, if I had to choose just one, it would be Mumford & Sons' Little Lion Man.
Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended on you. -St. Augustine We are reformers in Spring and Summer; in Autumn and Winter we stand by the old; reformers in the morning, conservers at night. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Music: Master of Puppets by Metallica/Walk by Pantera/Aenema by Tool/Blind and Right Now by Korn/Liberate by Disturbed/Welcome to the Jungle by Guns N Roses
Weapon: Alucard's customized Hellsing ARMS .454 Casull semi-automatic handgun and Hellsing ARMS "Jackal" 13mm Auto Anti-Freak Cannon with 10,000 rds of blessed quicksilver bullets
Song: Europe "The final countdown"
Hat: my Barmah bush hat. http://www.barmahhats.com.au/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I heart this thread, it's served as a reminder I have found the most brilliant minds on the interweb. In fact I'm going to delete all my other bookmarks, because who needs 'em.
