The border patrol needs more firepower.

What do you expect? The shooter/smuggler probably voted for Obama.

No doubt the POTUS will blame it on the Americans for their insatiable appetite for illicit drugs. I wish he would shut his pie hole and stop apologizing to the rest of the world. :grumble

You have no idea how much I wish that I could laugh at that, as if it were a joke.

But it's not a joke, is it? :(

You're right, it isn't. The people who have completely failed America have no notion of accountability nor responsibility. It's just one endless political "struggle."

Sorry for the rant. We have been put under a gag order on political discussions/comments at my work (I'm not so sure it's succeeding), so have to spout off somewhere.

I'm just waiting for someone to report that one of the smugglers was wounded or killed, and then send all of the boarder patrol agents to prison for attempted murder or murder. :banghead: :banghead:
Why do we have so many people in this country that take the side of foreign invaders and drug smugglers? I'll never understand this.
If you mentioned your support for anything like this before 1980 you were a "communist" and "Anti-American". Now you are classified as a defender of the less fortunate and a personal rights ambassador... :banghead:
In the end, I guess it is a very small victory for the US, and we managed to keep some drugs off the street. Although I'm sure plenty of drugs made it in while the patrol was busy dealing with these guys. We'll take the victories as they come, no matter how small.
I still say that we need a Chuck Norris cardboard cut-out wall along the border. If that don't keep 'em out, nothing will! :thumbs2: :txflag: :patriot:
