Mesquite grips

Post by Mike1951 »

I came across this gentleman's work on ebay, but it is not necessary to purchase through ebay.

He does very nice grips out of mesquite and is able to etch images or do inlays.

He has very nice floral or plain mesquite with emblems for USMC, Army, Navy, USAF, Texas Rangers, Texas State Seal, initials, etc.

He also has the capabilities to use almost any pattern or design you provide.

I spoke with the wife? yesterday asking for something that wouldn't project an image quite as 'professional agency' looking.

Today on ebay, I saw their new design which is the State of Texas with the Lone Star superimposed.

I sent an email requesting two sets and , after a Paypal payment, received a receipt stating they should ship Monday.

I found this thread on one of the Sixgunner.com forums:

I am in no way connected to this gentleman or benefitting from this post.

If you're looking for something different or have an emblem you would like incorporated into a grip, I suggest contacting this man.

I have two sets of these. He made me a pair with my old badge in them and then another pair with my name and a Texas Star. They are very well made.
