Sold

Post by TxDrifter »

So just picked up a new Super Carry Custom and decided to get rid of some that I don't shoot that often to compensate the cost.

I have a Walther PPK/S with Crimson Trace Laser Grips. Still have the original box for the firearm and the laser grips. I have the original grips as well. There are no scratches, dents, dings, whatever on this. Bought it for what was then the wife and she never took it out much and I just don't enjoy shooting it as much as my .45s. I think it has less than 100 rounds down the pipe and I have 450 rounds or ammunition to go with it. I think new it retails around 455 to 500 depending on where you go and the grips retail around 225 or so. I'll let it all go, ammo to for $650.

Kimber is Sold Pending Funds

The other is a Kimber Eclipse Pro II. This is a nice all SS Kimber that I received in a trade. I like it, just don't shoot it that often and unless it is an antique collector's piece, there is no such thing as a safe queen in my book. I've probably put all of a 200 rounds down range with it. It has about a 2 lb. trigger pull that is very nice. I just recently had an Wilson Combat high-rise ambi safety on it. I still have the original. There is scratch on it where the slide lock is that was there before I got it. $950 or best offer.

It has been asked... The safety is about 55 bucks and about 60 to have it installed. It isn't just drop in. It had to be modified to fit. I also have the original box, paperwork and lock for this Kimber.

Is the Walther a Interarms or S&W? The GF is looking for one, will tell her about this one.

Shame you are not in DFW. The Kimber is sure pretty and the little PPK/S would make a nice backup or purse carry for the wife.

Would be tempting but I've got grandkid commitments and car repairs to take care of this weekend. 4 new tires, washing machine ate the discretionary so the wife unit would have a fit if i dropped $1600 on new guns right now. I need to get down that way sometime soon and check some fences just east of Buffalo and visit kin folk spread from Fairfield to Palestine to Oakwood to Groesbeck.

Good luck with the sales.

I have one of the Kimber Eclipse Pro pistols like this one, and it's a sweet little 1911. Unfortunately I don't think my wife will let me have two of them. :-)

Will you ship the Kimber to my FFL? I live in Uvalde, which is about an hour West of San Antonio.

It shoots great. I just don't believe in safe queens unless it is a collectible and I don't shoot this one enough so it needs a new home. LOL
