Or, a Tucker Mini IWB:

Any opinions on these choices?

Absolutely.If you or anyone else is shooting a pistol that does not have a "safety" then I would lean toward Kydex.

Kurtis hangs out at GlockTalk and has a few threads running on his holsters. Some by him, most by satisfied customers.
He makes a holster similar to the Crossbreed for $50.00 shipped. I ordered one for my Springfield and really enjoy it.
I ordered it on a Friday afternoon, it was delivered the following Thursday, built to my specifications. Fast delivery!
I'm just a satisfied customer... you can see what he's got at http://www.shieldedholsters.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
DONT TREAD ON ME wrote:I have a Minotaur MTAC for my XD45 Service model. I absolutely love it. The leather backing is very soft. I would highly suggest it for a IWB holster.
It is tuckable, adjustable, interchangeable, and very easy to re-holster one handed.

I also have a MTAC. It's a great holster and made in Texas!
You also get a Smarties.
Check out theisholsters.com for your P238. I have one for my LC9 and it's great; good price and excellent fit. I can't speak highly enough of the holster.ipscshooter wrote:Comp Tac doesn't make many holsters for the P238.
