Nah, a Darwin Award winner -- by definition -- needs to be removed from the gene pool. Six months in jail doesn't qualify. ;-)

I do believe he qualifies for a "There's Your Sign" award! :mrgreen:

Frog is right. He would qualify if the agent shot and killed him. I think he might qualify if the agent shot him and he didn't die but was still removed from the gene pool.

This part made me laugh out loud...
Lemarroy told police it was "a misunderstanding" and he would not have shown the gun if he had known the man was an FBI agent.
