WTB: Single Action or Double action revolvers

Post by 74novaman »

I'm looking for both single and double action revolvers to use in teaching pistol classes (need some props).

Things I'd like:
4" or larger revolvers. (these may be shot by newbie shooters, so I don't need a lightweight 44 magnum)
Reliable, safe shooters.
Reasonable prices

These will not be carry guns, but will be shot occasionally at the range and used in class. Looking specifically for used 4" .357/.38 or .22 revolvers , for both flavors, double and single.

I have one that I would like to sell. It is very good condition. I am asking $50. Here is a picture: Image

Edited to add: Sorry, this is a 2 1/2 inch Colt Python, not a 4 inch model.

I think you left a couple numbers off your asking price. That's a nice looking gun....but a bit out of the league I think I'm looking for.... :biggrinjester:

Bump. Still looking.

Best case scenario, I'd love a Blackhawk in .357 and some sort of double action revolver in .22lr.

I'm thinking you might have to go the gun shop and pawn shop route.
