Name/address change for CHL
My daughter got married and moved into a new house. I know she was supposed to update within 30 days and she had tried to call DPS in Austin multiple times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Well she is well past her 30 days so what should she do now? Is there a form she can download and mail in or something?
