Question on Status

Post by BigGuy »

I put my stuff in the mail 7/30/2012. I then logged on to the Concealed Handgun Licensing website to be sure I could get logged on. Here is what I saw:

Application : Received
Fingerprints : Under review
Affidavits : Received
DL or ID : Valid
Citizenship : No documentation required
Passport photo holder : Received
Photo : Received
Proof of Classroom training : Received
Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Under review
Concealed Handgun License : Print pending completion of application review

On 8/10/2012, the site changes what it showed me to this:

I was thrilled, but last Friday (8/17/2012) I noticed that there is an alert tag on the Application: Received. line.

???????

Anybody else have that? I mean they have to have received it to have received the other stuff. Right?

IIRC, that's how it looks (the first line) until it's mailed... so, nothing to worry about.

My application still shows yellow even though is shows my license as mailed. Not sure if that is something to be worried about or not.

You'll know in a couple of days.
If you don't mind, post back here when you get your plastic. I'm sure the alert is just SOP, but it'd still be nice to hear from somebody who's actually got plastic in hand.

I just completed my renewal process, and got my new license today in the mail; my "Application : Received" slot is still yellow with the exclamation point in front. Everything else is green.

Plastic came in yesterday. The website still shows application as yellow.
