Well I mailed my packet Tuesday and to my surprise the tracking system told me it was accepted on wednesday. I hope this trend continues as I start my 60 day wait. After reading all of the post on here it seems like a lot of people have to deal with delays.
At least I have time to find the perfect holster for my G19.

Recieved my pin about a week and a half ago.
Status still says processing. At least the last 37 times I checked it.
