This guy is either plain nuts, or just looking to take advantage of people who dont have a clue on whats going on in gun control.

Well in case its taken down this is what he is doing.

"I will promptly remove and properly dispose of any and all firearms, rifles, pistols, ammunition, and gun powders and primers. Anything you have that you have put away, found in your garage or closet, were left to you by a relative, or items confiscated from your children. I will come retrieve any weapons you are scared to use do to age, condition, or ones you would rather just not have in your home. With President Obama's upcomming decisions, you may actually become a criminal and/or felon for owning some of the guns currently on the street.
You can respond to this ad with an email, or you may call or TXT my cell phone, and I will come to your home, business, or storage and remove any items that may be dangerous or unwanted.
I will remove any rifles, shotguns, pistols/handguns, black powder/muzzle loaders, any left over gun powder from reloading or black powder shooting, reloading primers, and any other items of this type that you feel uncomfortable with in your possetion.
Here for you,"

That might work in some parts of the country, but not in Texas, and not with Craigs List for sure.
If the 2nd admendment only applies to muskets and muzzle-loaders, then the 1st admentment must apply only to the spoken or printed word. Printing must be done on hand presses, news stories must be written in longhand, no keyboards or electric processes may be used.

If he had charged a fee for the service, then he would be a genius.

THIS!
No State shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefor. -- Murdock v. Pennsylvania
If the State converts a right into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right with impunity. -- Shuttleworth v. City of Birmingham

I don't see a problem with it. Better be turned into another citizen than the government.

Exactly. He's offering to provide a valuable service and spare the government the expense of doing so. Craigslist should have made him advertiser of the year.
