DPS reciept of CHL packet question........

my wife sent our seperate packets in the same package to austin. they show recieving hers but not mine. they were both in the same package!....23 days ago. anyone know maybe why?

Your packets were probaly taken care of by to seperate people, One updates regularly and the other person is slow to doing such.

It is possible that they do not know they have yours yet. They might have opened the package and pulled out just enough paperwork to get a name/number and update the status. then when they actually get to start doing the check, they will find the extra paperwork. It might be processed anyway or it might be sent back to get logged in and assigned.

Keep an eye on the status. I would call if there were some significant change to ehr status (like sent to be printed) and still no action on yours.
