More Bayou Bullets

Post by mr surveyor »

Had to share a pic of some loaded and loose Bayou Bullets. These are .38 cal 138 gr wadcutters, seated to crimp groove, over 3.7 gr Unique, CCI small pistol primers, mixed brass.

Virtually smokeless as compared to conventional lubed commercial cast boolits. This load has become my favorite plinker in .38 spl., and I imagine it would put holes in most things that just absolutely need more perforation.

Good looking rounds. I'm going to finally get to try my 45 acp rounds this weekend. Anxious to see what the smoke and lead deposit situation look like in my Kimber
