Berry's Shipped

Post by RX8er »

I know some of you folks use Berry's bullets and have been waiting..... My order just shipped yesterday and was placed on 1/14 so just shy of 4 weeks. Looks like I'll be busy this weekend. :cheers2:

Congrats!

Berry's isn't even taking orders right now. Montana gold isn't either. What few manufacturers are taking orders are all on backorder. :banghead:

I have found another supplier of 147g 9mm plated who has "plenty of bullets in stock and ready to ship". I'm placing an order with him on Friday and will reveal the name of the supplier after my order is placed. Sorry if this seems selfish, but I have about a two week supply of ammo left........and that's at a reduced shooting rate. I have to make sure I get stocked up before opening up this other supplier.

I shot 100 rounds of the 40 S&W and seemed just fine.

Bullet: 165 grn plated
Powder: Universal
Winchester Primmer
Length 1.136" +/- .004
First 24 - 4.8
Second 24 5.0
Remaining 5.2

I didn't have a single problem. Gun seemed more dirty than using a white box Winchester factory load.
