C-tac holster, disappointment

Post by O6nop »

I just received my C-tac holster and new gunbelt. I've tried several positions and just can not get it to feel comfortable and it prints awful. Is there something I'm doing wrong? So many people seem to swear by it. I'll keep trying to find a good position for it, but any suggestions?
I hate to toss a $85 holster in a box, in the closet.
I got the C-type belt loops, maybe that was a mistake.
I believe there is safety in numbers..
numbers like: 9, .22, .38, .357, .45, .223, 5.56, 7.62, 6.5, .30-06...

Send it back, they'll probably take it back.

You might want to trade for the Infidel instead. I currently use the Infidel, and I believe longtooth does, too. I love mine to pieces, and it doesn't poke me like the ctac does.

Call Comp-tac and ask for JB......he will offer some great suggestions that might make the holster work for you. It does work for most people who purchase it. That said, it did not work for me after several attempts to adjust it. I wear a Comp-tac infidel daily with some variety of Glock in it.

Their customer service is tops....they will take back the holster and you will only be out shipping.
